I agree with you guys - last 15 minutes were wow. When Monica slashed her wrists, I actually had to look away from the tv. Karen is such a huge cunt (pun intended) - She could have handled Lip's expectations way before he got dissapointed like that. Glad Ian got some action. Cant wait for next week |

OMG...Ians older bed buddy turning out to be Steve's/Jimmy's dad :o LOL! Mindblowing. Can't wait to see how things turnout with that next season. I hope the show doesn't even bother w/Mandy next season. They did a true hatchet job to her character. She was an edgy, down to earth girl in the first season...now :eyeroll: I didn't really care for the Steve/Fiona developments. Looks like his foreign wife might be a regular next season, defnitely wouldn't mind that, I like her and Lip ;) Speaking of Lip, I'm glad he went back to school AND home! Yes! The Gallaghers dragging Frank's sloppy, deadbeat ass out of the house was a glorious scene! I love that he woke up lateron buried in SNOW  hope the show just picks up where they left off (in winter) instead of jumping to Summertime again. Overall fantastic season. I wish there had been more focus on Ian's story. Edited by AllmyDaysatGh, Apr 2 2012, 02:03 AM.

I felt the finale was kind of anticlimatic after last weeks amazeballs episode - it was still good though. How awesome was Monica running off with the psycho lesbian and the 80s car, shouting to Debbie "I love you!" and ignoring Frank? haha Seriously Karen is so fucked up. Despite all this, I still don't hate her. Steve/Jimmy's dad with Ian was a good twist. My brain must be going mushy, but had we not seen the dad in season one when Debbie was spying on them? Also, that Julia Duffy playing the mom? Was that a recast? Thought I would have remembered that from before lol. Can't wait for next season - this one was awesome! |

No recast of Candace. She was played by the awesome Julia Duffy last season as well. I too was a little underwhelmed with the finale after Episode 11 (amazing) I do like that they have set up the stories for next season and it looks like Ian may get a good juicy story! I hope Jenna Elfman comes back next season as Monica's new squeeze. I am not sure if we are supposed to hate Monica but I actually feel so bad for her. She really wants to be a good mother, but Frank and her mental illness keeps fucking her up. I would love to see her get help and actually get better. |
